HOW IT WORKS

Through a strategic partnership with a trusted investor, we can help you achieve homeownership by purchasing the home you’ve chosen and then selling it back to you through a Contract for Deed (MN) or Land Contract (WI). Essentially, you can leverage our investor's credit and lender relationships to make your dream of owning a home a reality. The criteria for this option is as follows:

  • Minimum 10% down payment
  • Minimum $95,000 household income

  • ANY credit score

  • Ability to satisfy CD within 3-5 years
